The eye tests and staff were all great, the only thing I didn't like was when looking at frames to buy I had to have a member of staff unlock the frames for me to try on. Didn't like this at all, I would like time to browse by myself and ultimately didn't buy a pair on the day because of this and may buy elsewhere also.

The appointment of itself was very good. What wasn't was that it started 25 minutes late. If I was 25 minutes late for a customer meeting at work then I expect there would be repercussions.
