Whenever I have a contact lens check, my appointment was too delayed and I had to wait more than 30 minutes, and I didn't feel like the optician and staff were friendly and give me a full explanation about what contact lens is good for my eyes. I don't think the optician is not really helpful.
I had to wait about 15 minutes,
I noticed that the carpet was stained, probably from a young child, the area looks a bit tired and probably needs some renovation.
The staff were friendly and professional, no other comments.
It was not easy to get through to the Manchester Arndale store to set up an appointment - the phone line was either engaged or rang out several times before I was able to get through. When I got to the store, I waited 5 minutes or so for a member of staff to come to the desk for me to tell them I had an appointment. It therefore seems like the store is always understaffed. However, the optometrist I saw was polite, quick and obviously very competent. I still don't understand why I had to wait a week for an appointment which I knew would last only a few minutes and result in the optometrist ordering in contact lens. Seems quite pointless.
Friendly & informative, Louise could not have been more helpful/professional.
Everything was fine I was told there was change in my eye care but that normal any way staff are great helpfully as ever thanks
