Everyone was really helpful and nice. I had a few issues previously with an IT error that caused me to be removed from the system - everyone I spoke to about it was helpful and understanding, and sorted me out with some contact lenses. The appointment was quick and easy with Toni, and the member of staff who booked it (Becky I think?)was helpful and recommended I back to back my appointments, which saved me coming in twice.
