I was seen by qasim who was very good at explaining everything he was very thorough and made having my eyes checked a pleasant experience. I was helped by a lovely young lady arzoo who helped me choose my glasses. She made it such a fun experience and i can say i've never had such an amazing and personal experience before at other opticians She was very honest about what suited me and had a beautiful contagious smile the whole time (i was amazed she didnt let that smile fade at any point) she didnt pressure me to choose quickly so i felt i made the right choice with my glasses I will definitely be coming back again as long as i can see qasim and arzoo again! They were truly the best part of my opticians experience and an asset to boots opticians! Thank you for all your help
