I had an eye test the week before and I called the call centre (not knowing the number I was given was for the call centre). I said I needed an appointment for my contact lense trial and stated I had my eye test already. Unfortunately the person who booked my appointment still booked me in for an eye test. This became apparent when I turned up for my appointment. Luckily there was somebody available to do my contact lense lesson with me. Everybody was really nice and helpful and made sure I was seen by the correct person. I think the person I saw was called nick (glasses, blonde/brown hair and beard). He was absolutely great. A credit to your service. He made me feel at ease, and explained everything clearly. Great customer service and I hope this gets passed onto him :)
