I visited Boots Optician's today for my very overdue checkup, my initial examination was carried out by Stephen, what a refreshing experience, Stephen's customer service skills were excellent, he was attentive, knowledgeable and professional but best of all friendly and it was definitely service with a smile. After my initial tests I went through to see the optician where the experience continued. I had my eyes tested by Sean who answered all my questions and explained the results in a comprehensive way. Both Stephen and Sean took the time to make the experience a personable one, despite being a high street chain it felt like I was genuinely valued as a customer. Thank you both, I will definitely recommend Boots to my friends and colleagues.
