Appointment was on time with no delays. Staff were friendly when asking me to wait and asked if I had any questions. An offer of some water or directions to a water cooler would be appreciated, however. Optometrist was polite and asked if I was comfortable and whether would I like the heater on or off. Very knowledgeable and explained the process at each stage, was very patient when asking whether something was more in focus or not and was very thorough.
