There was a problem with my order when the consultant for my original order ordered the wrong spectacles. Upon getting them Izzy was so kind to lend me the wrong ones that where ordered until my new ones arrived so I could see. She was quick and efficient in sorting the problem and made the whole process easy. when I received the call to get my correct pair, Nate handle the transaction. He was friendly and helpful. he has outstanding customer service skills which I'd like to commend him on. Overall out of a bit of a nuisance with the wrong order i didn't feel vexed in the slightest as the boots opticians team are outstanding. Wish them all the best in the future.
