I was given an appointment time of 1:10pm and wasn't seen to until 1:35pm - I had plans that day and I had to work my day around my appointment because I didn't get out until 1:50pm. I have the same issue every time I go to Boots Opticians where they are a lot later than the appointment time. I appreciate that they are busy but the staff don't have the courtesy to address that I have been waiting longer than I should have. Even if they acknowledged that they were running late and made me aware of this it would be better than keeping me in the dark.
