Very knowledgeable staff, I think the tests for the eyesight and eye health are spot on. My only qualm would be the staff are so busy I had to wait a fair while before anyone was free to help me book the appointment. And when I showed up for my time slot I have to wait quite a while. All in all the appointment does take a long time and introducing additional waiting time could easily turn into well over an hour which is quite a lot of time out of someone's day, especially if you need to then choose glasses afterwards as well. But like I say cannot fault the thoroughness and friendliness of the staff, they just seem very busy all the time.
