I called in because I had developed an eye problem. I was seen in under 10 minutes. The examination was thorough and the optician was friendly (Qasim Ali). I got a diagnosis and a clear explanation of the problem (infection) and how to deal with it. I was given a prescription that I took to the pharmacy downstairs and got the eye drops I needed. I went in for a check-up a few days later and the problem cleared up quickly. I thought the service was excellent: friendly and professional throughout. If only all of the NHS worked like this!
