Boots optician was recommended to me by my sister, I usually go to Spec Savers but decided to try Boots with my daughter. We went to the store on Market Street in Manchester. The appointment was booked immediately and we were seen and tested within 10 mins, all the staff that dealt with us were courteous and extremely helpful. Nathan was particularly helpful and he assisted me in choosing my glasses and was happy to answer my questions. He was professional, polite and knowledgeable. I was pleasantly surprised at how smooth the whole process went and have already recommended Boots to my family for their next eye test.
