I was first seen by Louise and she was really nice. It was my first time trying contacts and she was explaining everything she was doing and talking me through it. I then met Stephen who showed me how to put the lenses in and take them back out. He was really calm and when I couldn't do it the first time, he didn't make it seem like a big deal. He didn't make me feel like I was being rushed and he let me take my time to get a hang of it.
