I arrived at 9am for a 9am appointment. I was informed that the Optometrist had not yet arrived but started prelim tests and paperwork. At 9.15am I was informed that Optometrist was sick! I felt I could have been informed earlier about the sickness (it was on a "live" system available for the staff to view). It may have saved me a wasted journney.
