I was very impressed with all parts of the process: booking the appointment was easy, people at the store were friendly and kept me informed during every step of the process. I've already recommended boots to others for eye testing!

The initial greeting upon my arrival was poor - the member of staff clearly wasn't interested. My Optician, who I'd seen on previous visits, was excellent.

The staff I interacted with were all excellent, but there was barely enough of them (3) to deal with the appointments and drop-ins and delivery that happened while I was being seen
