I have previously attended the Bishopsgate branch but I have found the service there to be awful. I have actually delayed returning for an appointment cause of the poor customer care- it's impersonal, the staff are rude, you are treated as a number, they don't even attempt to run to time and offer no apology for doing so. The final straw last year was when I complained about the lack of punctuality in terms of a lunchtime appointment, was then offered the first appointment in the morning as an alternative but wasn't called for the prescreening until 10 minutes after the appointment was supposed to start. In contrast I found the staff at the London Wall branch to be totally different. They were proactive, swapped my subscription for contact lenses from the old boots system to the old DA system whilst I was in my appointment, were on time, courteous and helpful. I will definitely be going back to that branch - Bishopsgate should take a leaf out of their book!
