My optician was thorough and careful with my eyes. She explained what she was doing and also about my lenses and prescription. Her advice was great. But she didn't introduce herself and I wasn't given a copy of my prescription at the end

Really friendly and great staff. I needed new glasses and the optician, Danni, was both incredibly helpful and patient, creating a selection across price range and style to help me find a new pair which both suited me and matched my personality. I also wear contact lenses and was able to then get an appointment the same day for a checkup. Overall would recommend.
