Jaya Bhudia was very attentive and professional. She was very clear with her instructions and recommendations. After my consultation with the Optometrist was over, Lisa looked after me to choose my frame. She was brilliant and very very nice and professional. She made my time there very enjoyable and I would like to say thank you very much to both of them.

I recently came into store with my prescription, looking for my first pair of glasses. Jon greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I said I would have a look around, and he told me to let him know if I wanted him to help me select shapes/styles that may suit me. Jon was brilliant, he chose a wide range of glasses for me to try, he was honest, and he gave me as much time as I needed (I was a little unsure, as I haven't had glasses before). I found a lovely pair, and the experience was smooth and friendly. My glasses arrived the following week, and Jon went out of his way to serve me, ensuring that my glasses fit well and I was happy with them. I would return again to buy more glasses, simply based off of the fantastic customer service I received on this visit.

I travel in from north London just to go to this opticians because it's THAT good. The staff, especially Danni, are warm, welcoming, professional, and above all, never seem rushed. They take as long as YOU need and are unfailingly helpful. I also really like the way the staff interact among themselves - it's more like visiting a family firm than a big conglomerate. Thank you - and keep up the good work!

Mehreen at Boots Opticians on Tottenham Court Road was so helpful and advised me on glasses that would suit my face shape, eye shape and colouring. She straight away picked out a selection of frames that just worked. I would have been there for hours, not knowing where to begin. Mehreen was very patient and helpful and I would thoroughly recommend her, particularly if like me you haven't work glasses for years. Thank you Mehreen Siân (tortoiseshell Burberry glasses with the thin gold arms!)
