I have been with the Tottenham Court Road Boots Opticians for many years and I have only ever had excellent service from them. The staff are quick to serve you when you enter and there are usually convenient times to arrange appointments (though a greater number of evening appointments would be useful for those that cannot come during the day). The optometrist that I have been seeing for the last year is absolutely fantastic - very friendly, professional, and knows my name and situation without having to refer to any notes when she sees me. She provided me with all the necessary advice on laser surgery, which led me to get the operation undertaken at a reputable and well-run hospital, and then offered to do a free-of-charge follow-up consultation to see how my sight was following the surgery. Other optometrists at that Boots branch and at other Boots branches should look to her as an example of best practice customer service. I definitely would recommend this particular Boots Opticians branch to others.

Dear Sir/madam, I (Sahidi Maman Bilan) am writing to express my disappointment about the allegations of one of your staff members at Tottenham Court Road, namely Peter regarding my glasses. He alleged that I had my glasses in my pocket and broke them. This does not make any sense as I have always been wearing my glasses whenever I visit the shop. I acquired my glasses in December 16 with insurance. I visited the shop in early August as they was scratches on my glasses and this was replaced with the manufacturer guaranty. So, I do not know why Peter is trying to use my Insurance in this context. For that purpose he made up that I sat on my glasses. I understand that there is manufacturer guarantee and my insurance. Peter is trying to unethically use my insurance for the replacement of my glasses. This is unacceptable as I am a loyal customer of Boots and have two of my children loyal to boots as well: Omar Bilan (19 Mai 2003) and Nadira Bilan (20 June 2012). I would please like to request that you look into this matter. Yours faithfully

I have been a customer of Boots for 15 years since I needed reading glasses, I decided to go to the Tottenham Court Road branch this time for my eye test due to working in the area currently, I normally hate going to get my eyes tested, I wanted to write this review to underline a few point about my visit on this occasion. The Optometrist Ashika was fantastic with clear advise regards my eyes and she seemed like she enjoyed her job and made me feel comfortable with advise she was giving me about trying varifocals for the first time! She passed me over to the manager(Mubinul) who would help me with my glasses, he explained everything about different quality of lenses and what he thinks is best in his unique style, he even told me not to go for the most expensive which was a shock! I ended up with 4 pairs of glasses after finding frames that I couldn't decide between, another colleague checked the measurements Lana to make sure everything was correct. The main reason for the review is the aftercare I received, I purchased glasses Mubinul wanted to see me on collection to make sure everything is okay, on collection I was not happy with the varifocals I didn't think I would like them, he explained how they should work and explained all the different ways to get the best out of the glasses, after much deliberation, I decided to give them a chance...2 weeks later I'm back to get a 5th pair I advised Mubinul that he was correct, which his reply in his own charismatic way 'Never trust anyone who says trust me, but trust me on this one.' My experience has been fantastic and I would recommend every glasses wearer to go to Boots.

Very good service. Danni who made the appointment was very good and the optician was wonderful. I would recommend.
