My experience was very good in particular Danni, Jaya and John were very helpful. Danni and Jaya showed be great care and professionalism and I would highly recommend both members of staff. However, I must point that one particular member of staff by the name of Shamim was extremely rude, dismissive, and arrogant. I phoned the store to clarify my left and right eye prescription of my contact lenses and I was told by Shamim That I do not have contact lenses. I tried to explain that I had them right in front of me and I had seen Jaya, but he insisted that I did not come in for a test nor did I have any contact lenses as there was no record on the computer. I insisted on him to make further inquires, but he flatly refused and put the phone down on me. I felt really annoyed and disappointed at his attitude. He is totally unprofessional, lazy and would appear to totally lack any customer care.

My appointment was an involved one due to an order for varifocals, single vision VDU, single vision Driving and multifocus contact lenses. Across the duration of the double appointment Ash, Danni and Luana were professional in their approach and helpful with their advice. At all times keen to make sure I made the right choice while always ensuring I received great value for money. I am really pleased with the results and the money I saved with the great deal I was offered. I would definitely use this branch again and recommend others.

My Optometrist was Ash. She was very helpfull and offered me a variety of lenses, rather than just the most expensive which is what I have been offered by others in the past. I was then assisted by Danni (and John) to select a pair of glasses - a thing I hate doing. Danni was very helpful and honest and made the whole process very easy. I left feeling happy and not worrying about what I have bought, which is normally the case when I buy new glasses.
