I visited the Tottenham Court Road Boots a couple of weeks ago for the Eye test the lady who tested my eye was efficient and helpful at that point I was told I don't need to update my glasses because there was little change, I thought fantastic, no sales pitch just told about some drops and went on my way for another 2 years. On Wednesday I broke my glasses and have no other back up(silly me) spoke to the Manager on the phone and he advised me not to panic and relax! (He must not wear glasses full time) he will sort it out for me if I came in, I went in the shop before 12pm as he advised, then I was helped by the Manager and a young lady who put my mind at ease, we picked frame and he got a pair of temporary glasses made for me on the same day!! The other pair will take a week but I'm so glad that they were able to help, I commend the whole team I dealt with for going the extra mile and reassuring me it will be okay. I would defiantly recommend to all my friends and family. Thank you.
