The chair I sat in when I had my contacts checked was really uncomfortable and hurt my back. I'm quite tall but I still had to lean a long way forward. I had to stoop when I had the glaucoma check too.

Very efficient, professional service. I had a double appointment for contact lens check and sight test - all went smoothly, great explanation throughout. Then I sat with Rachel to select new glasses and finalise all the details, and she was very helpful.
