Kate was very friendly and helpful. Went through the checkup and told me that no changes would have to be made to my contacts but recommended a change in prescription for glasses which I then fulfilled.

When I first arrived I was greeted by an assistant. She checked my eyes before I was seen by the optometrist she was extremely welcoming and friendly. Once she had completed my testing she asked another assistant to check something further. This assistant was rude and abrupt . In fact on entering the room there was a patient just leaving the room. The assistant asked me to sit so I asked her if she had any intention in cleaning the machine before she starts her precudure. Only at that point she took a wet wipe and cleaned the machine. From observing the assistant it would appear she was not a happy employee. She failed to realised that customer service is paramount in such establishment.
