I turned up five minutes early for my appointment yesterday and was made to wait for 25 minutes because apparently they had slotted someone in before me at late notice. I asked one of the staff what would have happened to me if I'd turned up late - and they confirmed I would have been cancelled. It's just a matter of respect really, and I won't bother turning up on time next time. I had to take out time for work, and my time is worth something too.

It took a long time for the phone to be answered to make the appointment, but as always, once I turn up the staff were just wonderful. Friendly and knowledgeable.
