1. I made my appointment online for 13.35. I was later sent a text telling me that my appointment was at 13.30. Why the discrepancy? 2. Couldn't find a way to locate the exact address where my appointment was - it wasn't in the confirmation text, which just said 'Strand'. I went to the branch of Boots on the Strand, only to be told I had to go to another address. As a result I arrived late and flustered. 3. The optometrist was lovely and very friendly, but not terribly clear about whether or not I actually needed anything done. She told me I had 20-20 vision, but I can see on my prescription that I have astigmatism in my right eye. No idea what this means or if it's a problem.
