I made an appointment for 09.00 It was confirmed for 09.10. I was seen at 09.30 not very impressive i asked to make a complaint and was fobbed off do not see why I should use you again

Only that I have forgotten which optometrist I saw. He was great. Additionally, I was given an appointment as soon as I went in, even though I hadn't booked one in advance, which I was super impressed by.

The eye tests were fine. The complete lack of explanation of the results of the tests and the high-pressure selling afterwards were not.

I felt as though the optometrist was very quick to get a sales person in the room as soon as my prescription has changed (by only 0.25) assuming I was going to buy new frames without even discussing that with me during the consultation. Both the optometrist and sales person then seemed very disgruntled when I said I wasn't going to be purchasing new frames for a 0.25 change especially when the previous very professional contact lens optometrist said that my vision was stable and she wouldn't recommend making any changes. Once again an example of Boots professionals conflicting their healthcare obligations with business. Very disappointed with the professionalism at Sedley and will be going elsewhere in future.
