I was rushed throughout the whole process, from general machine eye test by an assistant (with absolutely no explanation of what why how) to the actual optometrist examination. It was almost like they are rushing to go somewhere and get rid of me as soon as they can.

10/10 to my Optometrist, Kush Garala. 0/10 for everything else. I arrived on time for my eye check and was asked to take a seat. Having waited 20 minutes, and watching someone who arrived well after me, get summoned in for the first tests, I queried what was going on at reception. I never got a satisfactory answer from reception, but I was left with the impression that I had been forgotten about. To make matters worse, I was made to feel I was a nuisance for getting (politely) annoyed when another five minutes passed. Mistakes happen but you need to handle them much, much better. I won't be going back, and will discourage others from doing so. It's a shame because Kush Garala was excellent and handled the situation (and my test) extremely well.
