Without failed, I was waited for 30 min. to get service on 27 April appointment. This is happening every time when I have appointment arranged. Very disappointed! Opticianist is very nice and helpful, but every visits to your optician in Oxford street that I have to wait at 30min without failed!!!!

Service was fine. When I booked the appointment I was told it would take 40 minutes although it was actually 60 minutes. Not a problem for me, just may be helpful in future for your staff to know a more exact timing. The lady who took all my details, sorted out the lenses, payment etc., Videeta, was friendly, courteous and efficient. She answered all my queries and explained things very fully.

Thank you - staff were friendly and attentive The prescription was hand written - last time it was printed You should have something to give to customers about how to choose glasses - width of frames, size of lenses etc - it is not just a fashion statement!

I wanted to comment on the after care I received at Boots today. I had bought my kids' glasses and my glasses from Boots. However, after about a year, my son's glasses had become deformed (apparently because he accidentally sat on it). At Boots, I was greeted by Sukru Yengil, who was very approachable and fixed my son's glasses while I waited. Not only that, he looked at the alignment of the glasses I was wearing, and not liking the shape of it, fixed it while I waited. He was very courteous and also cleaned my lenses and gave me general tips for caring for my glasses. Really top notch service and will keep coming to Boots for any future needs with regards to vision care.
