I had to wait 30 minutes beyond my appointment time for my contact lens check. Although staff were really helpful at sorting my eye test asap after as I was on a deadline, it wasn't ideal as everything felt rushed. This isn't the first time I've had to wait, it's a fairly common occurrence, which makes me think a) I shouldn't boom theatre tickets for straight after an appointment and b) Perhaps Boots should make each appointment 5 mins longer to avoid the backlog!
