Experience was very good. Seen to straight away. Each stage was explained to me clearly and patiently - it wasn't rushed like you can experience in some places where they may have to say or do the same thing repeatedly. Everyone was polite, plesant and cheerful which made the appointment go very quick - for both contact lenses and eye appointment it takes around an hour.
