Good: - All staff were friendly and polite - Optometrist was knowledgeable, clear and thorough - Equipment was clean and modern - My appointment started promptly and I was not kept waiting between examinations Could be improved: - The website didn't work when I tried to book my appointment online so I had to do it over phone - I received an appointment reminder last week but when I arrived the optometrist told me I wasn't due to come back until November. I feel that Boots may have tried to take advantage of reminding people their appointment is "due" ahead of time. - I did have to wait at the desk for quite a while before anyone came over to check me in for my appointment.
