in comparison to previous appointment, this time I was glad and somewhat relieved that the optometrist walked with me and actually explained and discussed the options with the dispensing optician. the dispensing optician also this time appeared to know what he was doing but only time will tell when I collect my glasses in two weeks time. what could be improved is the length of time it takes to get the glasses ready. why does it always have to be send overseas. surely boots opticians can invest in this to ensure the lens are cut closer to home.
