My Optometrist was a young man called Idrees. He was excellent - very clear about what he was doing or about to do. He put me at ease and answered any questions I had. I was very pleased with his level of service. Would definitely be happy to have him again. After my prescription was sorted Filis was assigned to help me with choice of frames. He was really good. I was not happy spending a lot of money on frames and changed my mind on one occasion. Filis was polite, cheerful and above all diligent in making sure I was happy.
