All personnel were friendly and professional. The appointments ran to time. I was happy with the advice and results. The Cheapside branch has closed its customer lavatory since my last appointment. My wife and I were pointed towards Starbucks! As I travel 45 minutes each way to attend and my appointments took 1½ hours, this is extremely unsatisfactory and not at all customer-friendly. I hope it will be corrected soon. NB I was seen by Dashka, George (optometrist) and Dinara. Your system has an incorrect name so no review possible. George is first rate.
