Staff friendly but objective of tests were not really explained beforehand. Pre-test computer not working - staff unsure how to fix so I was moved to another floor. Pre-test equipment was hastily cleaned with a dry paper tissue, including machine that comes into contact with face, this is NOT sanitary. Online booking system is awful - no way to select the next available appointment, you have to manually check each day.
