From beginning to end of trying contact lenses for the first time this was a great experience. I was nervous about putting them in and out and everyone I dealt with at boots was so patient with me and helpful. I love the contact lenses and am very happy.

Rose and the rest of the staff were friendly, however, I was not pleased with the examination. They provided a result which was not accurate and I had to go to another optician to re-checked it. I ended up paying twice...

Andrey was excellent in helping me choose frames and lenses for three pairs of glasses I bought today. The prescriptions were quite technical but he explained everything perfectly and in an easy to understand way.

I spoke to Mandeep to arrange an appointment conveniently for the time and date I requested and managed to confirm this straight away. When arrived at the branch I was well greeted by all the staff. Throughout the first process of the eye testing Mandeep guided me and explaining everything and answering questions I had. Again throughout the second part of the eye testing and the consultation with Jay was great. Good explanation and detailed process. Jay gave some recommendations and advice. Afterwards Mandeep took me through the whole process and recommendations again and asked if I had any further questions. The overall experience was excellent. Well done Team Boots!
