Visited the Opticians at Boots London Bishopsgate yesterday (25th March 2017) as I'd lost my glasses and needed urgent help. The whole team were so understanding and helpful that I'd like to say a big thank you, they really helped me out. In particular, Nicky (the manageress), Ayesha, Anisah, Shasha and Samiha were all outstanding. I couldn't have asked for a better service. Excellent leadership and teamwork. Thanks again, Dasrika
