A very comfortable, professional experience. Facilities are well-located and very clean. Rose was incredibly patient with the initial tests, including the 'much-loved' air-puffs. I overheard her dealing with a rather nervous adult patient as well, who was not keen on any of the stations and she managed it with saint-like patience. Jay was a fantastic optometrist. He had a particular calm about him, explained exactly what was going on in just enough detail, and checked-in to ensure you were comfortable at all times. The appointment didn't feel at all rushed and you got the sense he genuinely cared about your eye-health! The staff at the store were all very polite and welcoming. Would definitely recommend/return.
