Since the previous optician left the new person talks to me in a condescending way. In addition I was not advised I would need to go back after 3 months and only discovered this when my online contact lens account became locked because I was told my eye test was overdue. I advised I will be changing optician and not returning to this branch.

Boots Leicester halford street You just go downstairs and there isn't anyone to report to yet I was asked why I didn't report I was there. the crayons for kids to play with are so old and all broken. The waiting area is tiny and feels awful.
