My appointment was booked for 9am but I wasn't seen until 9:10. There was no explanation or apology for the delay. It felt like they were still setting up for the day when I arrived. If they can't be ready to start at 9 then don't book an appointment at that time.

Having not visited an Optician previously, I was naturally somewhat apprehensive about attending. I needn't have been because the staff were wonderful and immediately put me at ease. All the various elements of the eye test were carefully explained to me initially, so that I knew what to expect. The test was carried out very efficiently and in a caring manner. I was most impressed by the professionalism shown by all three staff involved, and I will not hesitate to attend Boots Opticians again.
