Nehal the graduate optometrist was very kind, thorough and put my worries at ease as I came in knowing my sight had gotten significantly worse since my last visit. Each step was explained to me and she was very proficient in her work. She showed care and asked about my hobbies/interests/career and the impact my vision had on it. There was lots of reassurance about my eye health, which I had been worried about before the appointment. Thank you and best luck when you register! Only downside was other staff members seemed in no rush to see/consult with me, so I felt the general pace of appointments could have been improved.
