Staff were great. Really helpful looking into different options to suit my budget inc getting a quote to repair my current frames. Great advice, no pushy sales tactics from anyone. Optition was very knowledgeable and open to questions. I had to split my appointment as on lunch break from work, so had to return after work to arrange new frames. Due to shifts it meant i couldnt see the same people, but that was not a problem. The staff did a great handover & were fully up to speed with who i was & my needs when i returned later that day. Could not ask for better service from all staff at Leicester Gallowtree Gate store.

Everyone was extremely nice and attentive, they all communicated each stage to the next person in detail & made the whole appointment comfortable. An excellent team, in particular Sarah who stuck at it even though I tried on so many different frames and couldn't decide on the ones I wanted! Sarah also came over and spoke to me when I came to pick up my glasses two weeks later, again very friendly and personal
