The care before and after was brilliant. Urmi Varu (Optometrist) was lovely. she made me feel comfortable and spoke to me about what she was doing. It's been a long time since an Optometrist explained what they were doing and the problems that I can face for the future. She took time getting the test right. When my next eye test is due in 2 years, I hope Urmi is around. I have my glasses and I'm so pleased. Thanks to Anne who supported me in choosing my glasses. I'm so pleased with them, she gave that personal care. My glasses arrived within a week. I was surprised. I went for my fitting and again the person that fitted them again a lovely member of staff. All I can say my new glasses does the job and I'm a happy customer. Thank you to staff at Boots
