Due to parking with two children, I arrived under 10 minutes late, I appreciate I shouldn't have been late but I had planned the day and I am a regular customer and the service I received wasn't very courteous. I was told that I could wait 25 minutes to see if the next appointment showed up, as they had to allow 10minutes for being late. I asked why I wasn't given 10minutes and the staff told me that it was because it was a child's appointment, which I don't think is very fair as I wasn't given that 10minute allowance. The staff didn't make an effort to help and they were very dismissive of me. I want to thank boots for the service they have provided in the past but me and my family won't be returning as I feel very upset and disappointed at the service I was provided.
