There was an initial booking error where I wasn't showing on the system but I can't fault the manager Sam as he went over and above to get me in that day and as soon as possible too. The optometrist was lovely and explained all the checks and everything to me at each stage so I can't fault her either. My only item for improvement would be the booking system as I was lucky to be off yesterday and others might not have been so understanding.
