Appointment was initially booked with Amandeep. When arrived at clinic was told we would be seeing someone else. Had to wait a long time to see my requested optician but we did see her and as always great advice and fantastic professional service.

I was extremely impressed by the professional manner of the whole staff team and curtesy offered, sadly this level of customer service does not regularly occur in other services. I would definitely recommend this branch to family and friends.

Really friendly, helpful staff. Saw same optician as previously. She remembered me which is quite amazing considering all the patients they see. Brilliant service. No pressure to buy new glasses. Came back the next day and was helped straight away with fitting of new specs. Given day of arrival.
