Initially, Kelly met me, checked on my history and then did the checks on the new machines. She was very friendly and always explained what she was going to do. I then saw Hamel Bhundia who introduced himself and proceeded with my eye test. At all times he made sure that I knew what I was expected to do and he explained the nature of the tests. At the end of the tests he reported the results to me and gave me good advice. The whole procedure was very thorough and reassuring. I was impressed by the range of new machines (since I was last there), the extent of the tests and the professionalism of all the staff.
