I went to get my glasses mended as I had a recent fall and my glasses were not fitting property,it was no problem at all I happened to mention my recent fall and I could see a floater in my left eye,the person mending my glasses went to speak to the optition and she said she would like to see me I did have a little wait she checked my eye and recommended I go to the eye clinic as she could see a bleed at the back of my eye she was very helpful and a credit to your company,I cannot remember her name but my appointment was at 5pm on Saturday 27thMay.

I've been a customer of boots opticians now for about two years , and in that time I've only experienced great care from Nimesh and his staff at the fosse park branch here in Leicester ... .. I honestly can't think of any way to improve the service I receive !! And as a result I will remain a happy customer there .
