Elaine at Fosse was absolutely brilliant! Knew her stuff,had excellent customer skills and was helpful and friendly. Knocked spots off your Loughborough branch where I gave up and had my money back. She's a real asset to Boots Opticians.. Please give her my thanks..and please make her attitude and care a model for staff training.

I have been back four times now to sort my glasses out as I could not see out of them. Made to feel like I was going mad as they had tested the prescription and it was definitely right, only to find that my pd had been put down at 31 !! When it was only 27 no wonder I was having problems! Having said all that the people that I saw in the end that finally realised the mistake were Baz and Jo Lewis massive thanks to those two !!!

The appointment was for my daughter who has very poor eye sight. She fluctuates from 3-6 monthly appointments normally and mostly has drops in during the appointment as she is very good at compensating for her eye sight. This optician, although very friendly, didn't do this and also it was a very short test of my daughters capability. We have also been told we don't need to return for a year, which is highly unusual and makes me slightly anxious.

Nimesh was great and sorted me out varifocal trial contact lenses. The team at Fosse Park are always really friendly and Nimesh is extremely helpful and takes time to explain everything which is why I continue to use this location. I am glad to have been offered a trial and then a review in two weeks rather than an instant change over. Will be moving my lenses by post order from Beaumont Leys to Fosse Park too now.

The optician was extremely helpful and efficient in dealing with my concerns. He always is very professional and efficient in resolving any concerns regarding my contact lenses/eye sight. I always have experienced the following problems at this optician- - the optician dept phone is not always answered. - calls are not returned when a member of staff has advised that they would. -the reception staff at times I have been in have not always been welcoming. On a positive- - the standard of care from the optician which I saw on this occasion was extremely high.
