I found that he really took his time to find the lenses that were perfect for me. My prescription is quite complex as I am not only very short sighted but have a lazy eye as which needs correction. After the first consultation he had me back two weeks later to see how I felt after the lenses settled. He then made adjustments which has made my vision in lenses even better. I would have no hesitation in recommending this optometrist. I do not usually write reviews but am so happy with the service I received I thought on this occasion I would. I also bought glasses at this time. I was seen by a member staff called Ellen, she was also brilliant, spent time with me choosing all the elements of the glasses frames, lenses and then did it all again two weeks later after I had changed my mind and decided I wanted something different. She was extremely patient and I am thrilled with my glasses. Thanks guys!

Been seen by two different opticians. Ow and both were fantastic and made my 6year old very comfortable with the process.

I have been using Boots opticians for many years but had become dissatisfied with my contacts lens until recently seeing Nim. He completely understood my concerns and recommended a different type of lens, which was way mor comfortable, he is now changing the prescription to allow me to use my dominant eye for long distance and my less dominant eye for reading. Very happy with the service I am currently receiving.

Cannot fault the team at Boots Opticians Fosse Park. I saw Kelly who did some tests before my eye test. She explained what she was doing well. I then had my eye test with the Optometrist Harpreet who is not listed in the drop down menu. Harpreet was very knowledgeable and explained everything very clearly to me ensuring I left with no questions unanswered. I will definitely return and recommend this opticians to my friends and family.

I believe that your staff Boots Fosse Park Opticians need to be more organised and have a system of how they see customers. I was waiting for over half an hour for the initial eye examinations and then another half an hour for the actual eye test. People arrived after me and were seen before me. This was unacceptable and no one even asked or said there was going to be a wait for this long, even if something caused this. It would be appreciated that they let people know if appointment is running this far behind. I am disappointed and angry in this service as this caused me to not have anymore time to go do the rest of my things at Fosse Park due to having to be somewhere else.
